To all those with CVS developer permissions, Has anyone knowingly committed any fixes for the testcase.wav problems that showed up in the MSVC version of LAME? I ask because they seem to have disappeared, and bugs fixed by accident have a tendency to reappear! I do still see small differences between gcc and MSVC versions (maybe 1% of frames are different with --nores) but this can probably be ascribed to floating point code generation and libm differences, and isn't really a worry. On testcase.wav, the two versions now produce identical output. -- Mat. -- MP3 ENCODER mailing list ( http://geek.rcc.se/mp3encoder/ )
