Just to double check, have you tried decoding with a different
decoder? It could be a frame using some rare feature that
isn't supported by some decoders.
With such an obvious blip, it is usually pretty easy to isolate the
exact frame that it is in, and then take a look with the frame
analyzer and see if there is anything strange going on.
