[MP3 ENCODER] DLL 3.66 & 3.67 bug

The bug happens only when encode stereo wav to mono mp3 files, they do
not  sound  correct.  You can use 3.66 or 3.67 and set to mono (try 48
Kbit/s or 64 Kbit/s)in Audiograbber and you will hear z-z-z-z-z-z-z 8)
Dll  3.65  &  3.60 works fine. I have checked not only my compilations
but some others. The author of audiograbber said me about this bug
