Dear Joshua,
dont throw out intel compiler, please!!! Is faster! Please compile and
publish both versions - one with INtel, second with MSVC. Not all users
have NT2k, I still use W95-OSR2 and P-233MMX, but with LAME compiled on
MSVC I cannot use realtime on-the-fly compression at 44k joint-stereo, few
percent of CPU power is missing for that....

I just noticed that my web page is linked from the LAME web page. I think I
should actually keep out with it. I'm going to switch back to MSVC instead
of intel, mainly because it will actually work with NT/2000 better.
