I'm using Dmitry's WIN32 compile of 3.80 dated 19 April and there is some bad noise frames being generated throughout many songs I've just encoded. I'm not entirely sure but it appears to occur in the song at the points where alot of informative errors regarding pre or post bit wastage occur. In one 20 second section I got about 6 noticeable noises. The noise sounds like a very small portion of the song was speed up. I'm using Winamp 2.5e. Is this a known problem? Fixed? Need a sample?
