Thanks to Naoki for unearthing this plugin. Would come handy. Shawn, with
this you can now digitally "eq to taste" your files prior to encoding. ;-)

Does anyone know a plugin of any encoder to encode files with WinAmp? Making
one seems to be highly feasible, though not really necessary. But it would
be interesting anyway!
