Hello:

If I am simply looking to burn MP3s onto a CD to listen through my
computer what should I use:

Ripper: Exact Audio Copy
Encoder: LAME through Easy CDDA
Bitrate: 192kbps

Should I use Stereo or Joint Stereo? Variable or constant bitrate? Are
there any other settings that I have to change?

Is LAME Batch a better front end than Easy CDDA?
