I wrote a little TCL/TK script using the Snack sound module for TCL/TK.
It's tested only with Windows, Lame and a Linux icecast server, but it
should work with Linux too (Snack is Cross-Platform).

I also tested the original mixice.pl with Linux Kernel 2.2.14 and it
worked and liveice from the CVS tree worked perfect with Linux, too.
