Hello mr Mark Taylor,

1)E:\newsweep\22sec-cep>lame -V1 -mj -b128 -h 22sec-cep.wav
22sec-cep_383_vbr.mp3

2)E:\newsweep\22sec-cep>lame --decode 22sec-cep_383_vbr.mp3
input: 22sec-cep_383_vbr.mp3 44.1kHz MPEG1 LayerIII
output: 22sec-cep_383_vbr.mp3.wav (wav format)
skipping initial 1104 samples
Frame# 847 [ 846]

3) 22SEC-~1 WAV 3,889,664 05-19-00 3:53a 22sec-cep.wav
   22SEC-~2 WAV 3,893,996 05-20-00 4:34p 22sec-cep_383_vbr.mp3.wav

4) 22sec-cep.wav [22.050 seconds long]
   22sec-cep_383_vbr.mp3.wav [5.518 seconds long]

Since the size is ok, i'm guessing there's something wrong with the
--decode WAV header?

Thanks for the cool wav header implementation, because beats the PCM
any day of the week imho!
