(Standard) Mp3 players can go up to 320kbit/s, but I believe 256 was
for 44.1kHz and 320 for 48kHz sampling. However, you can always use
320, but in VBR terms 256 is considered "transparent".  Some frames
might benefit from 320, so it's not such a bad thing maybe to set
-B320 as standard.
