Now I got djgpp to work. No problems with the Makefile any more. Perhaps
djgpp and cygwin use a completely other version of Make. But there's still
another problem:
I can compile lame3.83 from www.sulaco.org/download/beta/ without errors.
When I try to do the same with lame3.70 (same source) after some gcc-runs I
get many error messages that are all in formatbitstream.c. Messages like
"Parse Error" and "xyz undeclared"...
