[MP3 ENCODER] Xing VBR header

Slightly off topic but does anyone know of utility to add the Xing VBR
header to a headless VBR MP3.  Some time ago I used a LAME front-end to
encode a number of CDs and it must have enforced the -t switch.  It is a
major inconvience for producing scheduled playlists for my radio station.
