Hi all
finally saved up and bought a copy of Visual C++, and tried my hand
at compiling the source code - 3.83 beta. Ran into numerous errors,
managed to get around them, but this one has me going insane. When
linking, the following error message jumps onscreen:

LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file "glib-1.2.lib"
Error executing link.exe.
lame.exe - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

Will someone kindly help me out on how to compile Lame with MSVC or
whatever, on Win9x? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as my
sanity's about to say goodbye...
Argh! I'm supposed to be working on a 2500-word essay, due in 31
minutes!!!!
