They dont: the problem is that the filters are implemented
on the output of the MP3 filterbank, which of course is not
used by Vorbis.
The resampling code will work with --ogg, and it has a
reasonably good 17 point FIR filter which could be adapted
to do lowpass filterings. However, I seem to recall that
lowpass filtering was not recomended with Vorbis?
