I have only an old VC4 on my Win95 installation and it's true that
ICL is moaning a bit, but it bites :)
just say you have an VC6 on your desk and go thru' it
open a DOS-Box, make sure you have 'doskey' loaded
run the following batches to set up your environment
C:\msdev\bin\vcvars32.bat
C:\Programme\Intel\compiler45\bin\iccvars.bat
go into your LAME source directory and type 'nmake -f Makefile.MSVC'
wait some seconds and run lame
