I put it (temp) on my website: (1.900kbyte)
http://users.belgacom.net/gc247244/extra/velvet.zip
lame385 (vbr_rh) sounds acceptable to me using:
"-V1 -mj -h -b128 -q1"
lame386a (vbr_mt) _is bigger_, but has artifacts in R channel using
"-V1 -mj -h -b128"
best to compare using "-V3 -k" or compile alpha with qadjust=-.5 and
-q1 so that the filesize/&/lowpassfilter/&/ath's of sfb's are comparable
to 3.85 setting...
R channel .5 sec,1.5,2.35 sec etc ... has very annoying high tones in
it using vbr_mt.
I hope someone can find out what can be done to fix the problem...
blade.93.6-2: also some problem like described with newer lame VBR +
weird sounding bass-deformation around 6.5s.
