A visitor from my site found that -V1 on <=3.82 used too few bits on
some clips (kingdom.zip), I verified.  Iicrc Mark Taylor fixed this in 3.83,
but the 3.83 gave relative big files compared to older versions.  Then
Takehiro Tominaga brought "-Z" (now -q1), that brought the size back
down again, and kept the improvement. (at V1, because some say -q1 is
too agressive at lower bitrates)
I use 3.85 beta now.
