Thanks for spotting that typo!

www.vorbis.com has "ogglame" for windows.  It is LAME, with
ogg encoding & decoding the default.  MP3 encoding is disabled
to allow for free binary distribution.

Note that the filtering, VBR and bitrate options are ignored in
ogglame, since these are not yet supported in Vorbis.
