Hi all,
I have MPEG 1 Layer 2 stream 192kbps from DAB and I want to reconvert it to
MP3.
There was no problem, but the input "MP2" file is not absolutely correct.
First, they have failed bitrate. When I correct to 192kbps, sounds OK (but
mono). Interesting, if I set bitrates from 160-256kbit changes has no
matter on sound nor speed!
When I play it in winamp (or all other players) , it is mono (mono is
lighted in winamp), but it contain stereo data. Each frame at frame
analyzer says me, that is mono. And if I use MP3Cutter2 from videoripper,
it has no effect.
Would you like to help me or suggest some frame editor (prefer winblow$
versions, but non-Xwin linux box I have under desk too - XF86 I should
install), please?
