What kind of integrity check do you want? I have a quite fast and easy
in the programs I wrote for http://albumid.cjb.net.
Just jumps through all frames, from header to header all the way
to the end. (it's some kind of test, but I believe when it runs
through 180000frames and all is byte-exact you have some reassurance)
