[MP3 ENCODER] VBR modes question

I've got a question about VBR (the full scale one)

Will the mt code completely replace the rh code (in several releases)?
Or do you think they will continue to coexist?

Do you think that they sould be both documented in the doc?

Mark, Robert, anyone else, any opinion about this?
