Depends. If it is maximum distortion, you're right (don't think you would
notice 2dB, though), but if it is mean (or total) distortion, it would
depend. Max distortion is what gets _really_ annoying artifacts (blips).
More or less noise just changes the "ambience" of the music a bit;
artifacts is a much worse problem, IMHO.
