In their warning letter (also signed by Christy Bonner) they said that Dolby has all intellectual rights to AC-3 and that they do not tollerate any unlicensed distribution of the AC-3 software. Does anybody know what happened with this case? I do not use NetBSD, and therefore I can't verify does it contain AC-3 decoder source code anymore.
