BitRes will increase data block size sometimes over ISO limit, but decoder
does not have many memory to decode it. By disabling them, you will very
decrease quality.

| The curent problem is very unlikely to be a problem with small frames, so
-b
| or -F won't help testing.
So it is problem with big frames as desc. above. For full compatilility
with players around the world use -F and iso limit.
