Could you point us to some specification on how to write/adapt a
decoder to do this?  I'm guessing that somewhere in the Lame info
tag there's a field indicating how many samples/frames/granules to
omit from the start and end of the file - is that correct?  And the
decoder needs to correctly identify the tag, too.  I'd like to be
able to point the authors of my favourite decoder in the direction
of a spec (at a higher level than RTFS), so that my Lame-encoded
music is all automatically seamless, even when I didn't use --nogap.
