The ./configure --with-vorbis works ok but when I do a make:

I get the same problem, and I have installed vorbig/ogg libraries from
source. Inspecting the stable source tree of libvorbis, I can find no
such header files. Does Lame require an older version of libvorbis for
ogg support?
