We use the dBpowerAMP Music Converter for all sorts of format conversions,
including Real Audio as source files. Go to
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm for dMC and go to
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-ra.htm for the Real audio decoder
(there's also an encoder).

It should be noted that the conversion from Real Audio format only occurs in
real time, so a 15 minute audio takes 15 minutes to convert. And the
progress bar doesn't work. But the conversion does.

This is a Windows-based program only. It is freeware, unless you upgrade to
the Powerpack.

P.S. Don't let the less-than-complete implementation for the RA decoder
influence you negatively about the program - the other converters I've used
operate as fast as your computer will go, the progress bar does work, the
program can be scripted with Visual Basic and high quality sample rate
conversion is used by the more popular encoders.
