Hi! I apologize for being slightly off-topic! I am doing my 5 months
master's thesis in MPEG Audio Layer 2 coding and I plan to base the research
around the TooLame code. If anyone here on this list have experience with
the TooLame code, I would really appreciate some comments on how buggy or
bug free the code is and how well it works compared to other Layer 2
