Many recent DACs today support 352.8 and 384kHz as well as DSD (1x/2x). Basically all dacs based on the ESS 9016/9018 chip as well some new AKM chips. I do not really understand the question about the 'native rate that would require no resampling', anyway I was making no claims of easy ways to obtain superior audio quality, only asking to be able to use features available on similar audio application like Foobar and JRiver.
