Go to my MPEG encoder reviews site (link below) and examine the Excel
charts for the encoder, and compare that to other encoders' charts.
Since you know enough about MPEG to ask about Q levels, I think you'll
find them englightening. I find it easiest to print a bunch out, and
flip rapidly back and forth between them like a cartoon animator does.
