Hi, Does anyone have experience compiling the ncbi toolbox on debian etch? It compiles fine on sarge (different computer) but fails on etch. This is not caused by the the mpiblast patch as I have tried both an unpatched and patched version of the ncbi tools. The error message asks if X11 and Motif libraries are installed. To my knowledge, the libraries should be similar on both machines.
