Under solaris on fulvia , the generic c file preinv_divrem.c gets built whereas 
on linux it does not get built , somewhere in configure? there is a switch that 
turns off building it when we have it in mpn_divrem_1 , but it only been done 
under (x86_64 & linux )  whereas we should have it under all x86_64 any OS not 
just linux
