Hi Bill, I've just updated Cygwin64 and reconfigured the installation. make check still lead to the segfault. My configure line: ./configure --disable-static --enable-shared). config.guess outputs > penryn-unknown-cygwin the logfile is empty (available at http://pastebin.com/xHKkkfu8) but a stackdump is created (available at http://pastebin.com/rTXA2Ghz).
