I *think* deleting mpn/x86_64w/core2/lshift1.asm and
mpn/x86_64w/core2/rshift1.asm, doing make clean, configuring and making
again may be a temporary workaround for you.

If not, can you send me your config.log and I'll tell you which files to
delete.
