I don't believe anyone has tested or is maintaining clang support for
Windows. However, *if* it works, it would be via msys2. The main change
would simply to install clang and set CC=clang. I can't think of any
particular reason why this shouldn't work. But as I say, I don't know of
anybody who has been actively monitoring that.
