While our two cities fight over how much money we are going to invest so big
boys can play hockey and basketball and to promote Target Corporation, one
of the most profitable retailers and Excel Energy, a utility for gods sake,
my neighborhood continues to crumble. The graffiti has finally made it's
way from the retail and public areas onto the garage of a new homeowner on
my block. Welcome to Minneapolis the city who believes inner city should
look inner city.
