Hi, folks:
Leaving other variables alone, greater valuation for
the Minikahda property would result in lower property
taxes for all other Minneapolitans. That's just how
the math works. If other tax changes come into play,
however, all bets are off: I certainly can't guess how
the many interested parties would choose to change the
tax system or the levy.
