John is right about MHFA funds for Many Rivers. I'm still hearing two
sides of subsidized apartments or not, market rates, and the like. I also
have received further comments in regards to what people think are the
reasons but John's factual comments are great for shedding a light on the
real facts. Unfortunately, one of the biggest problems with citizen
participation is oftentimes the mixed messages, gossip, rumors and personal
feelings get woven into the facts. I had just written Lisa Kugler an
e-mail on many of the items John references. Thanks for trying to help
straighten this part of the puzzle out.
