I was pleasantly surprised at how willing the city was at going
along with just about anything that Harrison and Bryn Mawr agreed upon. The
city did override the committee in one section (about one-tenth of the line)
from the creek to a property line. There had been some rumors that the city
wanted to move the ill-defined border line to the Burlington Northern RR
track (which is the ward boundary). The final line agreed up by both
neighborhoods, and approved by the city, did not use the BN tracks at
