Wait DeWayne and K.T. , aren't you jumping to conclusions? David said
nothing about adding a street. I had the impression he was talking about
using an existing street as a boundary.
My guess is that he was talking about 26th St to Hiawatha Ave to the RR
track or something like that.
I'm going to be a little more courageous
-- How about moving the whole boundary south to Lake Street. It is a much
more physical boundary than a nonexistent railroad track would be
(eventually the whole Shortline Railroad and Hiawatha spur will be
gone--there isn't that much cargo use south of lake.) And it makes
Longfellow a more manageable size. And the Seward Profile newspaper is
already delivered there.
Time to take shots at that crazy person from Seward who wants to grab all
that Longfellow land.
