Sorry folks the Constitution doesn't allow for re-polling except in event of
fraud. There wasn't any fraud in this case. You never saw Nixon asking for
a recount or repoll when he lost to JFK. You can't repoll whenever the
result isn't to your liking. There are plenty of errors that are made
during the course of an election, this is just another case of it. I would
hate to see this whole thing turn into riots and a national crisis, because
Algore is being a big baby about losing.
Minneapolis connection.....
A good example of fraud is as follows....
Back in 1996 there was a very tight race between Hennepin Commissioner
Hilary and Mark Stenglein for the 2nd County Commissioner seat. There was a
bomb threat at Northeast Middle School causing that poll location to move to
a neighboring polling location. This caused confusion among the voters in
both locations. I don't believe this was ever investigated. The race was
so tight that this type of confusion could have tipped the scales of the
election. Mind you I'm not pointing at anyone, but in the DFL controlled
city of Minneapolis funny things seem to occur on a regular basis during
elections (forget Chicago).

So, as all of America goes through this painful exercise in stupidity, keep
in mind who is in charge of ALgore's campaign. The son of the king of
election fraud!
