In a message dated 11/28/2000 11:32:59 AM Central Standard Time,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] writes regarding the release of Michael Ivory by St. Paul
police:
<< I mean here was a convicted felon, shot by
police while trying to be the middleman either in a
buy of 1/2 pound of marijuana or a robbery attempt,
and now the guy's back on the street. >>
Evidently there was not sufficient evidence to charge or hold Mr. Ivory. His
accomplice was shot dead by Minneapolis police and no narcotics/marijuana or
weapons were found on either person or in their vehicle. Some drug deal!
