Regarding the budget mayor... I say, drive down 38th street south. Do you
like the bumpy ride? Do you see the curb and gutter falling into the
street? Do you see the dangerous sidewalk transitions at the bus stops? Do
you see the garbage all over? Do you see the graffiti everywhere? Do you
see the speeding traffic while the elderly and children try to cross the
street? Do you see the new historic lamps hidden in the decay of our city?
Is this our mission? Or are you waiting for Target Corp and Steven
Spielberg to patch it up for us?
