The article states that the Mayor believes that the Public Works
department can be run more efficiently than it is being run currently.
However, the article makes no mention of where the Mayor believes
additional efficiencies can be wrought, so I am am left wondering
where the Mayor believes these efficiencies are too be found. Has the
Mayor provided any specifics? Where are the inefficiencies that the
Mayor seeks to eliminate?
