I find one of the major problems with busses in
Minneapolis is this: that they stop too frequently. I
can walk through downtown during rush nearly as fast
as a bus can move through it.

Going into Downtown in the morning, taking the 17,
nearly every street corner from my house into downtown
has two to three people.

Healthy people should walk. We don't need to drop
people off, and pick them up at every block downtown,
nor anywhere else in the city, especially busy
districts. We should be dropped off, and picked up in
bigger chunks.

With the exception of the elderly, or handicapped
riders, or some other special exception, the busses
should only stop once every three to four blocks when
necessary.
