Probably.

I recommend living in Minneapolis (or Saint Paul), and commuting the other
direction. Then you won't have to whine about the long commute from
Hastings.  There is a nice new 3 bedroom house down the street from me and
another one being built right behind it on Portland.  Not exactly
affordable housing for many who already live around here but probably less
than a home in Hastings.  And garrages big enough to hold the Suburban, a
Toyota and that Honda Gold Wing you always wanted.  Right on the 9 and 23
bus lines too...
