This is an odd statement considering the list you are participating
on. Are you then not allowed to comment on Minneapolis then since you
do not live in Minneapolis? Or howabout Andy Driscoll? Shall he be
prevented from offering his often insightful comments? Am I not
allowed to comment on a business in neigbhoring city that is polluting
the water I drink or the air I breathe? What if I live on the city
border and across the border is a junk yard? Am I not allowed to
comment on it? Why am I not allowed to comment on a place if I do not
live there? I fail to understand the reasoning behind this abitrary
restriction.
