OK, I've been criticized for having an "us versus them" attitude toward the
police.  But this thread was started by someone who had "a vision for a
better relationship between the police and neighborhoods."  It should give
the police an opportunity to give us their vision for a better relationship
with the neighborhoods.   Are you out there, guys?
