Also, I'd be willing to bet that new cops are way more jittery than experienced
cops and the only thing that will change that is time in the streets.

During the ISAG stuff I had access to people on the web who were on the ground in
Seattle, doctors, accountants, office works who came out of their offices to find
a riot in the streets and police whaling on people right and left. They told
some grizzly stories.What kind of information was the Minneapolis Police
Department getting from Seattle?
