My favorite is how this is sprung on "us" the public. This is happening,
so get with the program.
Extend our grid? A little "Manifest Destiny" drama unfurling for our
enjoyment.
Then it's try and convince your council person, good luck. If it's a no
brainer like this one. But anything remotely risky and it's a done deal.
I will personally be happy when things will be somewhat shaken up in
November; It couldn't be more a charade/parade if it tried.
